How did we end up with this sliver of Fishkill in the HCSD? Here is information regarding altering school district boundaries.

Thanks for the link, Pete, and you ask a great question.

Fishkill can decide to go ahead with the project and not worry about the tax impact in their municipality because of the illogical school district boundaries. They get the credit for creating an affordable housing development without paying for the students. This must appear to be a win-win situation for them!

Haldane School taxpayers need to voice their objections to the Fishkill town board, and soon. This project is moving fast!
